MioCC Payment, Activation & Refund Policy
Payment, license delivery, activation and refund rules for MioCC digital licenses.
1. Distribution Model
The MioCC Android application distributed through Google Play is currently a FREE consumption-only application. It does not sell LIGHT or PRO functionality through Google Play billing. LIGHT and PRO licenses are purchased separately through Paddle.
2. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for transactions completed through Paddle. Paddle is the seller in the payment transaction and administers checkout, payment collection, applicable taxes, invoices, order-related support, refunds and payment disputes under Paddle's applicable terms. MioCC remains the product developer and licensor.
3. Payment Information
MioCC does not receive complete payment-card numbers, CVV codes or equivalent payment credentials processed by Paddle. Paddle may provide MioCC with limited buyer, order, subscription and transaction information necessary for product fulfilment, licensing, support, fraud prevention and transaction administration.
4. License Delivery and Activation
A digital license is delivered after successful payment according to the checkout offer. Delivery may include issuing a license identifier and enabling activation. Activation may use limited license, edition, device and status information. Successful activation confirms that licensed functionality was made available on the activated supported device; it is not a guarantee for unsupported, modified or compromised devices.
5. Subscription or License Term
The applicable billing period, renewal model, price and license term are the values shown and accepted at Paddle checkout. This policy does not replace or alter the specific commercial terms displayed for the transaction.
6. Refund Requests
Refund and cancellation requests for Paddle transactions should be submitted through Paddle's buyer-support process. Paddle's buyer terms and refund rules apply to the transaction, subject to mandatory consumer law. MioCC will provide reasonable product or license information where needed to assess a request.
7. Circumstances That May Support a Refund
- duplicate billing;
- failure to deliver the purchased license;
- a confirmed technical defect that prevents normal operation on a supported platform and cannot be reasonably resolved;
- another circumstance in which Paddle rules or mandatory law require a refund.
8. Circumstances That Do Not Automatically Establish a Refund
Where permitted by law and Paddle rules, forgotten or weak passwords, user error, license sharing, failure to follow documentation, change of mind after successful delivery, or use on an unsupported or modified device do not automatically establish entitlement to a refund. Each request remains subject to the applicable transaction terms and mandatory rights.
9. Effect of Refunds, Chargebacks and Disputes
A completed refund, reversed payment, chargeback or confirmed fraud may result in suspension or termination of the associated paid license where permitted by law. This does not affect protected content already created, but paid functionality or online license verification may become unavailable.
10. Currency and Taxes
The checkout shows the transaction currency, applicable taxes and final amount before purchase. Paddle administers transaction taxes and invoicing as Merchant of Record.
11. Privacy
MioCC processing is described at https://ccyph.com/legal/privacy.html. Paddle independently processes transaction data under Paddle's own privacy practices. Paddle privacy requests may be submitted through https://preferences.paddle.com/privacy or privacy@paddle.com.
12. Product and License Support
For MioCC product or license questions, contact mio.ccomm@gmail.com. Never send a password, PIN, private key, complete license key or unprotected confidential content by email.
