1. License, not ownership

Purchasing or activating MioCC grants a limited right to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software, design, source code, interface, documentation, brand elements or cryptographic formats.

2. Editions

  • FREE: limited demonstration edition without account registration, subject to current edition rules.
  • LIGHT: paid edition for 1 user and 1 device, with features and limits defined by the current LIGHT product rules.
  • PRO: paid edition for 1 user and up to 3 devices, with features and limits defined by the current PRO product rules.

3. License verification

MioCC license verification may use a Device ID, edition, license status, expiration date and signed license file. License verification must not require the user's password, original files, decrypted files or protected content.

4. Restrictions

Users may not sublicense, rent, lease, modify, resell, redistribute, copy, publish or transfer paid editions, activation files, license files or protected product components without written permission from the owner. Users may not bypass license controls, remove copyright or legal notices, reverse engineer the software except where required by applicable law, or use MioCC in sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions.

5. Intellectual property

All copyrights, trademarks, software, source code, interface design, graphics, documentation, brand elements and cryptographic formats remain the exclusive property of the owner. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

6. Expiration

After a paid license expires, the application may return to FREE mode until the user renews the license. Paid functions may stop working after expiration.

7. Termination

The license terminates automatically if the user violates this EULA, bypasses license controls, redistributes paid editions or uses the software contrary to these license terms. After termination, the user must stop using paid features and remove unauthorized copies where applicable.

8. Governing jurisdiction

This license is governed by the laws and competent jurisdiction of Montenegro, except where mandatory consumer law gives the user non-waivable rights in another jurisdiction.
