MioCC End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance and Relationship With Other Documents

By installing, activating or using MioCC, the user accepts this EULA and the MioCC Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy is provided as information about personal-data handling and is acknowledged as having been read; it is not converted into consent to every form of processing.

2. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this EULA, MioCC grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the applicable edition. The user receives a license, not ownership of the software, source code, design, brand, documentation or protected formats.

3. Editions

• FREE: no paid license is required; current FREE product rules include a 90-day evaluation period and edition-specific functional limits.
• LIGHT: a paid license for one user and one activated device, subject to current LIGHT limits.
• PRO: a paid license for one user and up to three activated devices, subject to current PRO rules.
• Features and limits may differ by platform and release and are described in the current official product documentation.

4. Distribution and Purchases

The Android FREE edition is currently distributed through Google Play as a consumption-only application and does not sell paid functionality through Google Play billing. LIGHT and PRO licenses are purchased separately through Paddle, which acts as an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. MioCC remains the product licensor.

5. Activation and Device Information

LIGHT and PRO activation may use a license identifier, edition, license status, expiration information, activation history, platform, device or installation identifier and device label. These records do not contain the user's original files, protected text, passwords or PINs.

6. Restrictions

• do not sublicense, rent, lease, resell, redistribute or transfer a paid license except where expressly authorized;
• do not bypass license controls or share activation material outside the permitted device limits;
• do not modify, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code except to the extent a mandatory law expressly permits it;
• do not remove ownership, legal or security notices;
• do not use MioCC for unlawful activity or in violation of sanctions, export controls or third-party rights.

7. Passwords and Protected Content

MioCC cannot recover passwords or secrets that it is technically designed not to retain. The user is responsible for securely saving the password, reviewing generated passwords, using clipboard and SHOW PASSWORD features carefully, keeping appropriate backups and sharing passwords through a separate trusted channel where appropriate.

8. Updates and Compatibility

Updates may contain security, compatibility, licensing or feature changes. Continued use of an outdated application or operating-system version may affect functionality or security. Android and Windows builds are developed, tested and released independently.

9. Expiration, Suspension and Termination

Paid functionality may stop when a license expires, is refunded, is charged back, is suspended for fraud or abuse, or is terminated for a material breach. Where supported, the application may return to FREE mode. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature survive termination.

10. Privacy

11. Security and Warranty Limitations

MioCC is intended to improve privacy but cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, recovery of lost passwords or data, or protection of a compromised device. Nothing in this EULA excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MioCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from weak or lost passwords, user error, unsupported devices, compromised systems, third-party applications or failure to maintain backups. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

This EULA is governed by the laws of Montenegro, without depriving a consumer of non-waivable protections applicable in the consumer's country of habitual residence.
