By accessing, installing, or using CCYPH Integral v15, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal contract between you (the End User) and the CCYPH Project. If you are using the software on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use and uninstall the software.
The CCYPH Project grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose of data encryption. This license is tied to a specific device via a Hardware Hash. You may not lease, sell, or redistribute the software or your license key to third parties. Any attempt to "share" a single-user license across multiple devices will result in an automatic and permanent server-side ban of the license key.
CCYPH is a "Local-First" tool. You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Master Password and any generated private keys. You acknowledge that if you lose your Master Password, the data encrypted with CCYPH becomes permanently irretrievable. We do not provide password recovery services, and we are not liable for any data loss resulting from user negligence, hardware failure, or lost credentials.
The CCYPH software, including its proprietary algorithms, user interface, brand name, and source code, is the intellectual property of the Issuer. You are prohibited from: (A) Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code; (B) Modifying or creating derivative works; (C) Removing any proprietary notices or branding from the software. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the CCYPH Project.
All financial transactions are conducted through Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes (VAT/GST) applicable in your jurisdiction. CCYPH is not responsible for transaction failures, bank fees, or unauthorized card usage processed by Paddle.
CCYPH acts as a protective layer for your data. We are not a communication provider. You are responsible for the third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Email) you use to transmit encrypted text. We make no guarantees regarding the uptime, security, or privacy policies of those external platforms. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms, and CCYPH is not liable for data intercepted due to vulnerabilities in those external services.
You agree not to use CCYPH for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: (A) The transmission of illegal or harmful content; (B) Supporting terrorist activities; (C) Violating the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to revoke the license of any user found to be utilizing our encryption tools to facilitate criminal acts, as determined by competent legal authorities.
CCYPH is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for cryptographic perfection, we do not guarantee that the software will be 100% error-free or immune to future quantum-computing attacks or zero-day vulnerabilities in the underlying operating system. You use the software at your own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the CCYPH Project and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the software exceed the total amount paid by you for the current license term.
We may periodically release updates to improve security or fix bugs. Some updates may be mandatory to ensure continued functionality or to patch critical security flaws. It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware and operating system are compatible with the latest version. Failure to update may lead to software instability or cryptographic weaknesses for which we are not responsible.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Examples of breach include: (A) Fraudulent chargebacks; (B) Attempted hacking of the activation server; (C) Violation of intellectual property. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Podgorica, Montenegro. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein and waive any objection to such jurisdiction on the grounds of "forum non-conveniens."
