Refund Policy

DIGITAL CONTENT CONSUMPTION & REFUND PROTOCOL

1. NATURE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT

CCYPH Integral v15 is a digital product delivered via immediate download and activation. Unlike physical goods, digital assets can be consumed instantly. By purchasing a license, you acknowledge and agree that your right to a "cool-off" period or withdrawal under standard consumer law (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive) expires the moment the software is activated or the license key is generated for your Hardware Hash.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Refunds are granted strictly on the basis of technical failure. A refund may be considered if: (A) The software fails to launch or operate on a device that meets the official system requirements; (B) Our technical support team is unable to resolve a critical bug within 7 business days of a detailed report. We do not issue refunds for subjective reasons, such as "changing your mind" or "finding the interface difficult to use."

3. PADDLE AS THE EXCLUSIVE REFUND PROCESSOR

As our Merchant of Record, all financial reversals are handled by Paddle.com. CCYPH does not hold your funds directly and cannot perform manual bank transfers. If a refund is approved by our team, we will instruct Paddle to process the reversal. The funds will be returned exclusively to the original payment method used during the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

4. TECHNICAL VERIFICATION PROCESS

Before any refund is authorized, the user must cooperate with our technical support. This involves providing: (A) System specifications; (B) Error logs; (C) Screenshots of the failure. If a user refuses to provide the necessary information to diagnose the issue, the refund request will be automatically denied as unverified. Our goal is to fix the software before resorting to a refund.

5. EXCLUSION FOR PASSWORD & DATA LOSS

CCYPH is an offline-first, Zero-Knowledge tool. We do not have access to your Master Password, Private Keys, or Encrypted Data. Consequently, no refunds will be issued to users who lose their access credentials. The inability to access your data due to a forgotten password is a user-side security failure and does not constitute a software defect.

6. "BUYER'S REMORSE" POLICY

We provide extensive documentation, video demonstrations, and technical specifications prior to purchase. It is the user's responsibility to review these materials to ensure CCYPH meets their needs. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," lack of usage, or the decision that the tool is no longer required after the transaction has been completed.

7. TIME LIMIT FOR CLAIMS

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any request submitted after this 168-hour window will be rejected, as the user is deemed to have fully accepted the product as functional and satisfactory. This period is sufficient to test the software for any fatal technical incompatibilities.

8. ABUSE & FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Attempting to bypass our refund policy by filing a "Chargeback" or "Dispute" with your bank without first contacting our support is considered fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will provide Paddle and the issuing bank with full evidence of the software activation and hardware hash binding. Any user who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their hardware hash permanently blacklisted from all CCYPH services.

9. TRANSACTION FEES & TAXES

In the event of an approved refund, you will receive the full amount paid, unless specific non-refundable bank fees or local taxes apply that were already remitted by Paddle to government authorities. In most jurisdictions, Paddle handles the full reversal, including the VAT/Sales Tax portion of the transaction.

10. INCOMPATIBILITY WITH UNSUPPORTED SYSTEMS

CCYPH clearly lists its supported Operating Systems (e.g., Windows 10/11, specific Linux distros). We do not guarantee operation on Virtual Machines (VMs), emulators, or outdated operating systems. Purchasing the software for use on an unsupported platform is done at the user's own risk and is not an eligible ground for a refund.

11. LICENSE TERMINATION UPON REFUND

Once a refund is processed, the associated license key is immediately and permanently revoked on our activation servers. The software will cease to function on the bound device. Any attempt to continue using the software after a refund has been issued will be considered a violation of our Intellectual Property and Terms of Service.

12. FINAL DISCRETIONARY DECISIONS

The CCYPH Project reserves the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances that fall outside the strict rules of this policy, solely for the purpose of maintaining brand integrity or resolving unique disputes. Such discretionary refunds do not constitute a waiver of the policy or a precedent for other users. All final decisions rest with the Issuer.
